Duncannon NorthDuncannon North Lighthouse, situated at the entrance to Waterford Harbour in County Wexford, has been guiding ships across the Irish Sea since 1838. Originally this tower was located at Roches Point in County Cork, where it was found unsuitable for a major harbour and port. After being dismantled, it was transported by two small boats to Duncannon where it was reassembled with lantern lamps and reflectors, becoming the charming Duncannon North Light
